CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR PREMIUM PACKAGE SERVICE

Due to the requirements of our service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) concerning payment deadlines and cancellation conditions, we are obliged to apply cancellation fees that increase as the departure date approaches.

Any cancellation by the Client must be made by email sent to voyage@best-itinerary.com. The amount of cancellation fees (per person, in euros), which vary depending on when the cancellation occurs, are as follows (unless otherwise specified in the sales contract issued by Best-itinerary and excluding any additional travel insurance):

• More than 90 days before departure: 20% of the total price of the trip
• Between 90 and 46 days before departure: 35% of the total price of the trip
• Between 45 and 31 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the trip
• Between 30 days and the day of departure: 100% of the total price of the trip
