What to do in Québec ?

Québec’s soul in an authentic city. 

• Frontenac Castle, iconic 150 year old hotel.
• The Musée de la Civilisation, of modern and old architecture is always captivating. Discover its permanent exhibitions retracing Québec’s nation and Aboriginal people’s history, they even have interactive activities.
• Citadelle of Québec, North America’s largest bastion let’s you appreciate an astonishing view over Saint-Lawrence river.
• Musée national des Beaux-Arts du Québec, an excellent art museum, one of the most interesting in the region. Go discover french colony paintings, as well as Québecois abstract art.
• The Battlefields Park, overlooking the river, it spreads over the plains of Abraham. This parks tells you about the story of the battle that settled North America’s destiny en 1759. Take a walk in the park and admire the old cannons and memorials. In the summer, you could even get to enjoy an outdoors concert !
• The Old Québec, walk around the historical center of Québec and discover the Québecois city mural, over 400-year-old buildings and have a hot chocolate in a cosy coffee shop.

What to do in Orléans Island ?

Quaint island with dreamy landscapes. 

• Montmorency Falls, higher than Niagara Falls, you’ll be surprised by the view you’ll get facing Saint-Lawrence river.
• Promenade Horacio-Walker, this trail will let you get an amazing view of Québec City.
• Drive around Orleans Island. Get to see local producers, 17th century wooden houses and enjoy the view.
• In the Parc Maritime du Saint-Laurent, go discover the island life guided by an audioguide.
• Parc des Ancêtres will let you see the island’s best panorama.
• Mauvide-Genest Manor, built under Louis XV. Get to know the story of an 18th century surgeon who became Lord of the Island.

What to do in Baie-Saint-Paul ?

What to do in Les Eboulements ?

Exceptional panorama facing Saint-Lawrence river. 

•  The mill, built in 1970. Explore this working-mill and get a feel of the 18th century.

• The village’s forge, built in the 19th century, it offers guided tours.
• Cap-aux-oies beach, located 3km / 1.86 miles up North. When the sun is shinning, enjoy the beach or a nice walk.
• Malbaie-Pointe-au-Pic spreads over 5 villages. Go discover the first resorts of Québec’s greatest wealths.

What to do in Port-au-Persil ?

• Take a walk on the rocky beach and enjoy a mineral landscapes at low tide.

• Explore de Chauvin Milking stall, a 16th century reconstitution.

• Cruise around between spectacular rocky walls of the Saguenay Fjord. You’ll fell at the edge-of-the-world !
